TERMS & PRICING
PRICING:
10 yard (12’ x 6’ x 4’) - $300 for 24 hours
6 yard (8’ x 5’ x 4’ - $225 for 24 hours
Both base rates include 1 ton (2,000lbs) of waste. Exceeding stated weight allowance of 1 ton (2000lbs) will result in an additional charge of $125 per ton.
This includes distances up to 30 miles from 95945 - any further mileage will incur a $1.75 charge per mile (one way.)
Additional days are $30 per day.
Additional time hauling (ie: transport to dump and returning or moving trailer to 2nd location) will incur a charge of $55/hr.
TERMS:
DIY Dumpster will provide trailer drop off and disposal service using our dump trailers.
Customer will designate a space for dump trailer to be delivered and will not move dump trailer on their own accord. Additional days on the rental period will be $30 per day. If additional days become necessary please call and add additional days before 5 PM.
All customers are responsible for the total weight of the contents of their dumpster. All customers are responsible for ensuring their dumpster is not overloaded. Customers shall inspect the dumpster upon delivery for any existing damage. Upon removal of the dumpster, DIY Dumpster shall be entitled to charge the customer for the repair or replacement costs attributable to any damage to the dumpster while in the customer’s possession. The customer shall be liable for any repair or replacement costs. Upon removal, the customer authorizes DIY Dumpster to collect any additional disposal and repair or replacement costs attributable to the customer. DIY Dumpster will provide proof of weight in excess of 2000lbs.
10 yard - 2000 lbs included ($125 per additional 2000 pounds) - In no event will customer load debris weighing 8,000 lbs or more
6 yard - 2000 lbs included ($125 per additional 2000 pounds) - In no event will customer load debris weighing 4,000 lbs or more
Any weight above the max tonnage of 8,000lbs for the 10 yard and 4,000lbs for the 6 yard allowed will result in refusal of service and off-loading shall be required. A dry run charge can range from $50 to up to $100 per occurrence.
Cleaning due to loading of restricted or hazardous materials may be billed at a 3rd party rate plus a reasonable markup.
Acceptable Waste Material:
Non-Hazardous solid waste only. Customer agrees not to put any waste that is liquid, or any waste that is, or contains, radioactive, volatile, corrosive, highly flammable, explosive, biomedical, biohazardous, infectious, toxic, and/or any hazardous wastes or substances (“Prohibited Waste”) into roll-off containers. Prohibited Waste includes, but is not limited to, tires, paint, batteries, paint cans, ashes, oil, vehicle parts, sewage sludge, etc.
Disposal of appliances, mattresses, electronics, or any other questionable materials must be discussed with DIY Dumpster beforehand.
Inspection/Rejection of Prohibited Waste:
Liability for prohibited waste shall remain with customer at all times. DIY Dumpster shall have the right to inspect, analyze, and/or test any waste delivered by customer.
Customer acknowledges that DIY Dumpster shall not be liable for any damage to driving surfaces resulting from trucks serving dump trailers on the agreed upon areas and the surroundings. Customer acknowledges that they are not allowed to move around any dumpsters with their personal equipment or a third party’s equipment. Customer will not tamper with trailer lock and will not stand in the back of the trailer - please add contents over the sides or utilize the back doors. Customer will leave dumpster exposed for pickup .

Payment Terms:
DIY Dumpster will contact client in the event unforeseen factors such as exceeding weight limits or prohibited contents in dumpster and will bill accordingly. Payment must be completed within 24 hours of completed job via Quickbooks or other prearranged payment method.
